We Are Hiring
We’re seeking a Senior Manager of People Operations to lead the foundational People function at Claravine. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity designed for someone who thrives in execution: managing full-cycle recruitment and people operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience as the company scales, and serving as a strong partner to managers and leadership teams. What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, go-to-market, and operational positions, ranging from individual contributors to leadership roles
Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical hiring areas while partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and move efficiently
Lead a structured and candidate-focused interview process from sourcing through onboarding
Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) and leverage insights to enhance talent acquisition processes
Onboarding & Talent Development
Facilitate a structured onboarding process that enables new hires to succeed quickly
Collaborate with managers on 30/60/90-day plans and monitor new hire ramp-up progress
Support learning and development programs, career growth initiatives, and internal mobility opportunities
Performance & Employee Experience
Coordinate performance review cycles and guide managers and leaders through calibration and feedback discussions
Manage daily employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and responsiveness
Lead both remote and in-person engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and support retention efforts
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage core HR functions including policies, benefits administration (PEO/EOR), HRIS, and documentation
Ensure compliance across employment practices and maintain SOC 2-aligned people procedures
Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready systems and records
Qualifications
4–7 years of People/HR experience, including strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruiting operations
Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and roles simultaneously
Demonstrated history of successfully placing talent at all organizational levels
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments where building processes on the go was required
Strong background in HR operations including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance fundamentals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
Ability to work independently while aligning with strategic direction
Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms
What We Offer
Compensation
Annual base salary is anticipated to be between $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive equity and/or annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions and demands.
