To thrive/succeed as the HR Leader, you should have:

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including ownership of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements, with experience managing employee documentation, investigations, and policy administration.
Experience supporting a distributed or global workforce and partnering directly with leaders on people-related initiatives and organizational decisions.
Hands-on experience administering and optimizing HRIS platforms (preferably Rippling) and using people data and metrics to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
Highly organized, proactive, and employee-focused with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities as the HR Leader will include:

Own the full employee lifecycle, serving as the primary HR partner for employees while managing onboarding, offboarding, employee records, policies, and HR process improvements.
Lead HR operations and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local requirements, managing audits and reporting, and partnering with leadership on employee relations matters and investigations.
Administer and optimize benefits programs, acting as the employee resource for benefits education, enrollment, vendor management, and plan effectiveness.
Drive performance management and manager enablement by overseeing goal-setting, performance tracking, compensation changes, and adoption of HR tools and processes.
Manage HR systems, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives, leveraging Rippling to deliver people metrics, improve employee experience, strengthen culture, and reduce leadership involvement in routine HR escalations.
