About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help grow an outstanding team at Tremendous. In this role, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish and work closely with leadership on talent strategy.

We prioritize hiring the right people, not simply filling positions. You’ll need strong instincts for identifying what drives success within the company, in-depth market expertise, and the judgment to consistently recognize exceptional talent.

You will

Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across all departments
Leverage your knowledge of the talent market to identify and attract high-quality candidates
Conduct initial candidate screenings and oversee interview coordination
Collaborate with leaders to refine role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations related to talent acquisition
Understand recruiting funnel metrics and manage sourcing activity to maintain strong candidate pipelines

You have

5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within growth-stage startups
Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
Extensive knowledge of the tech industry, particularly early-stage startup environments
Experience balancing speed and quality in fast-paced, high-demand settings
Excellent written communication skills, essential in a highly documentation-focused culture
Demonstrated ability to recognize candidate success factors beyond resume qualifications
Proficiency with recruiting platforms and tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
Comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies
