Fully remote · 6+ month contract · $50 to $55/hr
This contract role sits in the Global Recruiting Enablement team at Salesforce: enablement professionals, instructional designers and operations specialists who give Salesforce's global recruiting organization the knowledge, tools and resources to hire the best talent.
You'll be the operational engine of the team during a key coverage period. You own the day-to-day execution that keeps enablement programs running: content maintenance, learning assignments, metrics and participation. That frees the senior team to focus on program design and delivery.
What you'll do
Content migration to Trailhead
- Run the full audit of the course library and carry out the migration plan: what moves to Trailhead, what is retired, what needs reworking
- Get Trailhead certified and build content directly in Trailhead
- Track progress, surface blockers and retire legacy courses once migrated
Recruiting onboarding operations
- Own the Global Recruiting Onboarding Hub and keep it accurate and current
- Run the onboarding cycle: audience lists, learning assignments for every cohort, new hire prep guides and Welcome Call logistics
- Keep Welcome Call decks up to date for recruiter, talent attraction and coordinator cohorts
Content upkeep
- Audit, update and archive courses across all tracks
- Keep content in step with tech stack releases (Workday, TRM, GoodTime, HackerRank)
- Replace retired links across courses, documents and videos, and flag broken or outdated content
Metrics and engagement
- Pull registration, attendance and completion data across all learning formats
- Keep the enablement metrics deck current and track drop-off and completion trends
- Run communication journeys (nudges, reminders, outreach) to lift completion
Operations and support
- Triage incoming enablement requests and route them to the right person
- Keep the project tracker and training catalog clean and up to date
- Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders and build learner guides, intake docs and short instructional videos as needed
What you bring
- 2+ years in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination or a related field
- Strong project management across several workstreams at once
- Experience pulling and analyzing program metrics
- Comfort with learning management systems or content platforms
- Excellent written communication
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Recruiting or HR enablement experience
- Familiarity with Workday, TRM, GoodTime or HackerRank
- AI-powered or microlearning tools, video tools such as Synthesia
- Trailhead certification, or willingness to get it after hire
- Background in communications design or change management
Good to know
- Fully remote. Being near San Francisco, Chicago, Indianapolis or Atlanta is a plus, not a requirement
- You'll need to cover both Pacific and Eastern time zones
- Interviews: a screen, a panel with the hiring manager and team, and a final round, plus a 45-minute exercise (content audit, metrics summary and a migration plan)
