Posting Guidelines
Postings must adhere to the following guidelines:
Relevant Roles
Open roles MUST be related to HR & HR technology, talent acquisition, recruiting, People operations & analytics, diversity & inclusion, or workforce planning.
Strategic Focus
Open roles MUST be from companies that treat HR as a strategic role rather than a cost center.
Recent Postings
Open roles MUST be recent. Any postings over one-month-old will not be allowed unless they have been reviewed by the People jobs team.
If a posting does not adhere to these guidelines, it may be subject to removal.
