Job Title: HR & People Operations Expert

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote, Global

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced HR and People Operations Experts to contribute to an AI training project by designing realistic, multi-step HR tasks with objective grading criteria. The role involves transforming real-world HR workflows into structured benchmark tasks that evaluate AI systems' reasoning, accuracy, and practical decision-making. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Design multi-step tasks based on real HR workflows, including payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policy application, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation.
Create tasks that require sound judgment, accurate document interpretation, and practical HR decision-making.
Prepare supporting materials, including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
Experience developing or applying structured standards, including HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents.
HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).
Experience with AI or LLM evaluation is a plus but not required.
